Privacy:

mined reCREATIONS respects your privacy and will NEVER share your personal information. When you join the mined reCREATIONS mailing list, only the required contact information is gathered and stored in our database. By joining the mailing list, you will receive occasional emails to keep you up to date with the latest creations, news, and promotions. An instant unsubscribe option will be available, in every email, to individuals who wish to leave the mailing list.

mined reCREATIONS does not have direct to customer online store. All payments are arranged directly between the client and mined reCREATIONS. The shipping information required to send your reCREATION to you is used for your one-time purchase and never saved by mined reCREATIONS.

Purchasing:

mined reCREATIONS are available online, at the studio of mined reCREATIONS, at retail stores across Canada, and at select shows and events. For online purchases, we accept payments via etransfer, cheque or in person cash payment.

Shipping, handling, and tax:

We ship through FedEx. Shipping will be arranged when your piece is ready to send. The client is responsible for all shipping costs and will be requested from the client prior to shipping.

All purchases within Canada outside of Ontario are subject to 5% GST. All purchases within Ontario and all other provinces which has HST are subject to 13% HST.

One-of-a-kind:

Each mined reCREATION is unique, cannot be duplicated, and can only be purchased in a single quantity. In the rare event that 2 people place orders for the same one-of-a-kind bag at about the same time –prior to the bag’s prompt deletion from our inventory database– the first purchaser’s order will be honoured. The second purchaser will be contacted immediately and will receive a full refund if credit card payment was processed by moneris CA.

Exchange:

If, for some reason, you are not completely happy with your chosen mined reCREATIONS product from our general collection, you can exchange it for another piece of equal or lesser value within 7 days. If you have a custom strap length, other than 52″, there will be a $35 restocking charge. You will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item for exchange.

Memory Bags and Custom pieces – all sales are final. No question. If you booked a memory bag, but never fulfill the order, we do not refund the dollars spent to hold your space. You may use these funds to order from our general collection if you have changed your mind on a memory bag.

Please understand we are a creative social justice company. We do not hold back funds but distribute them as soon as we can to fund tuition expenses of indigenous women.

mined reCREATIONS does not provide payment returns on any orders—all sales are final. If you decide to exchange your mined reCREATION, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Exchange shipping fees cannot be reimbursed.
